Fix annoyances in the AWS Management Console.

This extension consists of a collection of scripts that can be enabled and configured by the user. By default the extension does nothing, all of the functionality has to be opted in. The functionality of each script is explained in the extension options. The extension is open source and I welcome help on writing new useful scripts. https://github.com/stefansundin/aws-console-fixes This extension was recently completely rewritten for Manifest Version 3.
