Click the Auto Refresh Toggle icon in your toolbar. 2. Use the “Minutes” and “Seconds” inputs (or the slider) to set your desired interval. 3. Click “Start”—the tab will reload automatically after that interval, and the countdown will show until the next reload. 4. To cancel, return to the popup and click “Stop.” Key Features: • Minute + Second Precision: Set custom intervals down to the second—or schedule up to 10 hours between refreshes by mixing minutes and seconds. • Slider & Inputs: Drag the slider or type directly into the minute/second fields. The “Total interval” always shows your exact setting. • Persistent Countdown: Every time you open the popup, you’ll see “Next reload in: XX s”—even after a page has reloaded. No more guessing when the next update will happen. • Per-Tab Control: Only refresh the tab where you activate Auto Refresh Toggle.
