AskAI is a Chrome extension that empowers users to effortlessly access additional information about anything they come across on the web. There are 2 ways of doing this: 1. Highlight any text you see on any webpage. AskAI effortlessly captures the text and has it stored, ready for you to send. Feel free to use one of our prompts, adding it to the front of the text to create your own question. 2. Type in your own text and send it directly from the Chrome extension. The app will use OpenAI's advanced language model to provide a summary answer to the question that you send. You have the option of having the audio on or off (off by default). If you have it on, as soon as AskAI gets an answer, it will promptly use text-to-speech to read it out to you. The aim of AskAI is to make AI technology more embedded and directly accessible.
