Seller context panel for Account Managers
AMA (Account Manager Agent) is an internal Chrome extension for Square's Account Management team. It adds a side panel that surfaces real-time seller context — briefing cards, alerts, and AI-generated insights — while AMs work across internal tools (Regulator, SmartHub, Seller360, Salesforce, Looker). The extension detects the merchant token (MT) from the current page and automatically loads relevant seller data into the panel. AMs can also ask natural-language questions about the seller directly in the panel.
