The Aledade (SDC ML) EHR Overlay is a product elaboration and discovery extension for your EHR. By using the EHR Overlay you acknowledge that the Overlay may surface potential diagnoses and that you and your practice are ultimately responsible for accurate code selection and completing supportive documentation. This alpha version uses machine learning to help identify fields within your EHR for product elaboration and discovery. By accessing and using this application, you acknowledge that this application and its functionality are “Confidential Information” of the ACO (a subsidiary of Aledade, Inc.), which fall within the scope of nondisclosure obligations of an existing agreement between you and the ACO. You further agree that your access and use shall be non-public and experimental and the ACO’s grant of access and use does not constitute a sale or offer for sale of the application or its functionality.
