AGO Support là tiện ích hỗ trợ tác nghiệp dành cho biên tập viên và phóng viên khi làm việc trên hệ thống CMS báo điện tử của Báo An Giang. Tiện ích giúp tối ưu quy trình xử lý nội dung, chuẩn hóa dữ liệu và hỗ trợ thao tác nhanh hơn khi biên tập bài viết từ các nguồn tin đã được thiết lập. Các chức năng chính: • Hỗ trợ lấy nội dung bài viết từ các nguồn báo được hỗ trợ • Chuẩn hóa nội dung trước khi nhập vào hệ thống CMS • Hỗ trợ thao tác nhanh trong trình soạn thảo bài viết • Tự động hóa một số bước biên tập nội dung • Tăng tốc quy trình xử lý và nhập liệu bài viết AGO Support chỉ hoạt động trên hệ thống CMS của Báo An Giang và các nguồn báo đã được thiết lập hỗ trợ theo quy trình hợp tác nội dung.
